LONDON INTERNATIONAL PATIENT SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:
radiographer
Responsibility
- assume primary responsibility for overseeing the Plain Film X-ray service
- act as a HCPC Registered Radiographer, participating in multi-modality imaging services
- provide excellent radiographic imaging, technique, and patient positioning to ensure high-quality patient care
- manage staff rotas, including personal development, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions
- maintain radiation doses at minimum levels using ALARP principle and dose reduction factors
- monitor and record sickness levels among staff
- assess and justify referrals under IRR17, IR R 2017 guidelines, including complex and acute cases
- provide professional support and contribute to improving patient care within professional, legal, and policy standards
Requirements
- HCPC Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council
- BSc Degree in Radiography or equivalent radiographic qualification, DCR
- evidence of current Continuing Professional Development activity
- recent and extensive post-registration experience at Band 5 level
- proven clinical experience across various radiographic equipment and techniques
