Requirements
- previous experience within an IT support environment
- experience working in the education sector and knowledge of augmentative and assistive computer equipment and technologies is desirable
- site specific induction, training and CPD is offered along with this role along with the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications

Responsibility
- undertake routine monitoring and maintenance tasks including server monitoring. Attend out of hours where necessary to assist in resolving incidents and/or undertake planned maintenance with minimum impact on users
- respond to and keep service desk tickets up to date
