- this is a full time, all year round position with the hours of work being between 8am and 6pm
- at the Little Shipmates Family, whether you’re a toddling two-year-old, or fully grown adult – having fun should be a must
- the successful candidate must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years and have a minimum of 2 years experience within a nursery environment, ideally with the under 2's age group, however this is not essential as full training will be provided
- the successful candidate must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years and have had a minimum of 2 years experience within a nursery environment
- explorers Day Nursery is conveniently located just off the M271 in Nursling, so is ideally suited to anyone living or working in the area – including those that commute to Southampton for work
- in fact, many of the children and parents have connections to the nearby Ordnance Survey, which gives the nursery a warm and welcoming family feel for everyone
- be an astronaut? Explore the jungle looking for animals? Or attend a tea party in the magic fairy gardens of a toddler’s mind? These are just some of the things that happen in one day within our nurseries and with our imaginative children
