• lignacite are a Concrete Block manufacturer, based in Brandon and Nazeing, supplying the Merchant, Building Contractor, and Housing Developer Channels within the Construction Industry. Our markets are East Anglia, London and the South East
• when delivering to sites be on time, and safe, whilst working with customers to deliver the blocks where required
• check goods off with Customers and obtain signature using our electronic delivery system
• provide excellent customer service
• work with the site to resolve an issue on site effectively and contact the Brandon Office if assistance if needed

• drive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law
• drive within the tachograph law and driver hours limits
• complete daily inspection of the vehicle using our electronic system and ensure that it is not subjected to unnecessary damage
• maintain the cleanliness of the driving cab
• due to expanding our fleet at the Brandon depot we are recruiting for a Class 1 Driver , the role entails delivering to sites across East Anglia and surrounding areas, offloading blocks using a Lorry Loader and providing the best impression of Lignacite as our drivers are the ‘face of our business’
• report any accidents as soon as possible and in compliance with the company’s accident reporting procedure
• adhere to all company policies and procedures, to include the Company Standards of Performance and Health and Safety Policy
• take part essential training in order to carry out the driver role
• to provide support in the Yard as required

• CPC Holder Required
