Responsibility
- the role will involve some formal insolvency work but will mainly focus on the advisory side and will typically include
- in this role you will
- providing help and advice to creditors on the risks their financing is facing by producing Independent Business Reviews
- proactively manage a portfolio of varied and complex casework, taking responsibility for compliance, budgets and billing
- advising distressed and insolvent companies
- assisting underperforming businesses to manage cash flow
- identify critical issues on cases to discuss with the engagement partner and carry out independent or pre-lending business reviews
- undertaking technical research and drafting advisory letters/reports to various external parties
Requirements
- our client requires you to be ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience of Independent Business Reviews within Corporate Recovery
