Responsibility
- conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment including monitoring and recording of dam data
- responsible for overseeing maintenance and upkeep of entire site, ensuring a safe environment for all
- ensure storage facilities are maintained, kept tidy and clean, and audited regularly, maintaining the records
- assist in set up / take down of any temporary accommodation units, ensuring correct storage to prevent any damage
- manage the maintenance team, assess and prioritise workload, complete job sheets & tasks for maintenance team
- ensuring maintenance team maintain a professional attitude and appearance whilst conducting works on site
- work with Safety Officer on developing on site risk assessments and ensuring continuous upkeep or recording of paperwork
- promote a culture of safety and compliance of the whole team and customers
Requirements
- proven maintenance experience preferably from the leisure, tourism or hospitality industry with time served in either electrical, plumbing, joinery or similar skill
- health & safety: 1 year
