- the successful candidate will sometimes need to work longer hours to ensure the completion of time-sensitive tasks
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-qualified and highly skilled PA to work closely with and provide excellent support to the Headmaster of Leicester Grammar School, who is also Principal of the Trust
- this is a crucial role, which requires a high level of commitment and discretion, alongside the ability to work and communicate sensitively with other members of the Trust Executive, the Board of Trustees, the school's senior leadership team, staff and parents
- as the PA to the Headmaster & Principal of the Trust, you will need to be flexible, efficient and creative, with the ability to use your own initiative where appropriate and to manage your time effectively, supporting the Headmaster in a busy office at the heart of this high-performing and oversubscribed independent school
- the role is full time during term-time, with additional weeks to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the Headmaster and the school
- produce and distribute letters/correspondence to parents as required using My School Portal and other means
