• manage the delivery of MYO office suite fit outs to programme and budget together with the project manager
• review and manage the performance of our external partners, including contractors and furniture partners
• consult with incoming occupiers to ‘Customised’ spaces, coordinate and manage the design of their office space with external partners
• support with space planning and understanding the constraints and flexibility in each Myo building
• being reactive with ad hoc requests and problem solving. Addressing day 2 requests from existing customers and the Myo Operations team
• support other portfolio projects with interior design and delivery input, these could include common areas refurbishment and reception area activation
• liaise with all other LS departments including asset management and operations to achieve optimum project delivery
• support the Workplace Design Manager Lead where necessary

Requirements

• essential criteria
• degree and higher degree and/or relevant professional experience in the field of interior design and workplace strategy
• proven track record of delivering creative interior design and workplace strategy

• co-ordinate the renewal of the main property insurance programme through the gathering and supply of information to insurers in accordance with the Insurance Act 2015, review of policies and terms proposed, allocation of premium to occupiers and review of renewal documentation; extensions where required and overseeing the collation of the quarterly declaration of contract works
• support the Group Insurance Director in the delivery of the team objectives and provide technical support and guidance to more junior members of the team
• ensure that the management of insurable risks is carried out professionally and in accordance with insurer requirements or recommendations
