inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, order products, and control stock to meet customer demand while minimizing wastage
visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean and organized store layout, including product displays, pricing, and signage
sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and promote in-store promotions
financial Management: Monitor store financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profits, and take appropriate actions to meet targets
team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of store associates. Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching to enhance employee performance
compliance: Ensure store operations comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
reporting: Provide regular reports to upper management on store performance, highlighting areas for improvement and growth
