- monitor and enhance compliance with ESFA funding contractual requirements, implementing best practices across relevant processes
- manage ILR by accurately maintaining monthly uploads and aligning with ESFA funding rules
- set quality standards, policies, procedures, and action plans, ensuring compliance with wider-sector regulatory requirements
- audit and review safeguarding action plans, employer health and safety records, and evidence packs for contractual obligations
- for over 15 years, we have been a leading provider of exceptional Leadership and Management training across all levels, from first-line team leaders to executive boards
- contribute to commercial bids, compliance questionnaires, and client information requirements
Requirements
- IQA Qualification
- relevant Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in teaching and training
- leadership and Management qualifications
