  • exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Responsibility

  • oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service delivery and adherence to operational standards
  • ensure barista team is aware of what Kiss the Hippo represents to our target audience
  • prepare regular reports on the performance of each unit, including operational issues, brand representation, stock management, and employee development

  • minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, construction management, or retail/hospitality expansion

Responsibility

  • site Evaluation: Assess potential locations for new cafes, considering factors such as market demand, foot traffic, demographics, and lease terms
  • compliance and Permitting: Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained, and all locations meet regulatory requirements
