Requirements
minimum of 1 year of management experience, with at least 2 years of employment history
proven experience in managing multiple locations and leading large teams
good understanding of business operations, including budgeting, financial management, and performance tracking
leadership and team-building abilities
background in customer service management or retail is highly desirable
speciality coffee experience is mandatory
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Responsibility
oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in service delivery and adherence to operational standards
ensure barista team is aware of what Kiss the Hippo represents to our target audience
prepare regular reports on the performance of each unit, including operational issues, brand representation, stock management, and employee development

site Evaluation: Assess potential locations for new cafes, considering factors such as market demand, foot traffic, demographics, and lease terms
compliance and Permitting: Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained, and all locations meet regulatory requirements
vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress
