- kingsway are seeking energetic self-motivated operatives with an eye for detail
- this role is based in Swanley with a move on the horizon at our new complex in Sidcup
- good communication and collaboration skills are essential
- the role of the Door assembly operative is to support the production line, assemble our bespoke door units whilst maintaining Kingsway’s high standards and values
- A naturally enthusiastic organiser with great attention to detail

Requirements
- experience in carpentry/joinery
- experience working with different wood species

- A confident communicator, both spoken and written with the ability to relate information to the team leader
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people and build trust with team and stakeholders
- dependable, proactive and working smart
- good judgement, self-motivation and excellent organisation skills
