Responsibility
- project Coordination: Plan and coordinate site activities, including excavation, trenching, concreting, and drainage installation
- safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections
- quality Control: Monitor work quality, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards. Address any issues promptly to maintain high-quality outputs
- resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise productivity and minimize downtime
- reporting: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and any issues encountered. Report regularly to the Site Manager or Project Manager
- assist in preparing site and maintaining tidiness
