- check the progress of all workflow, ensuring all tasks have been completed and update the CRM
- the role also involves
- support the third-party management of Conveyancers
- monitoring the quality of customer instructions, ensuring the customer has received the best advice
- our Estates Planning department helps over 55’s with their retirement options, exploring equity release and estate planning such as wills and probate and LPA’S
- prior to drafting, review the customer Fact-Find and Recommendation and quality check the advice given and customer outcome is suitable to their needs
- overseeing the end-to-end operational workflow of the customer cases assigned to you
- obtain customer Trustpilot reviews on the work completed to the required level in terms of quantity and score
- as the population continues to increase, so does the sales opportunity and we now have a fantastic opportunity for an Estate Planner within our Estate Planning department
- providing a customer services function and managing complaints
- to help support our paralegal team through a period of maternity leave we are now looking for an experienced Paralegal to join the business on a 12 month fixed term basis
- service customers proactively, requesting Will updates or rewrites and up-selling when appropriate
- the purpose of the Paralegal position is to deliver a post sales service, develop customer Instructions for Wills, Trusts & LPAs taken by Estate Planners into fully drafted documents utilising a third party system or, in certain circumstances, outsource to a third party
- directly service existing customers pro-actively contacting / inbound calling us, who require their will updating or re-writing, ensuring they receive best advice on their change of circumstance and make recommendations if an upgrade is appropriate

- take responsibility for personal development, completing the SWW monthly CPD modules and, subject to approval, attending training courses and gaining relevant qualifications
