Responsibility
- reactive Property Maintenance: Log, track, and oversee all maintenance issues from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution and invoice approval
- compliance & Safety: Ensure all properties adhere to current health & safety regulations and maintain up-to-date records
- utility & Supplier Management: Secure the most competitive tariffs for utility accounts and suppliers, optimising cost efficiency
- property Inspections: Conduct regular site visits alongside Property Managers to identify and address any required works
- contractor & Supplier Oversight: Vet, manage, and liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure top-tier workmanship, timely completion, and cost-effective solutions
- process Improvement: Collaborate with the Property Director to refine and enhance operational procedures for maximum efficiency
