- leading by example in the delivery of the venues customer service
- monitoring visitor / crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary
- dealing with visitor / crowd disruption and ejections from the venue, if appropriate
- securing licenced / hospitality areas You MUST hold a LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATE IN SPECTATOR SAFTY SUPERVISION for this role. An SIA Licence in Door Supervision would be desirable but is not essential
