Responsibility

  • to work as a key member of the Jorja Healthcare Group as a Medical Secretary, supporting other departments in the operational and administrative running of the clinic
  • to liaise with the team and external medical secretaries to ensure patients information for new and ongoing patients as much as clinical procedures are forwarded as soon as known
  • take minutes in meetings
  • diary management- ensuring this is always up to date
  • ensure patient records, correspondence and communications with consultants and patients are maintained and kept up to date on the practice management system including all letters, emails and other documents
  • maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments

radiographer

Responsibility

  • perform general and specialized imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols
  • operate the C-arm fluently during surgical and interventional procedures, ensuring optimal imaging quality and patient safety
  • collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment
  • uphold radiation safety and protection standards for patients and staff
  • maintain and verify the functionality of imaging equipment, conducting routine checks as needed
  • keep comprehensive and accurate patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection regulations
  • participate in MRI training sessions to expand skill sets and provide additional support as needed
  • mentor and support junior radiography staff and students when applicable

Requirements

  • degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
  • HCPC registration as a Radiographer
  • demonstrated proficiency in using the C-arm and general X-ray equipment
  • strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • dedication to patient-centred care and professional ethics

Requirements

  • previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • cleaning: 1 year
  • commercial cleaning: 1 year
  • janitorial: 1 year

  • organise cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored safely when not in use
  • adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties
  • empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations
