knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
Responsibility
to work as a key member of the Jorja Healthcare Group as a Medical Secretary, supporting other departments in the operational and administrative running of the clinic
to liaise with the team and external medical secretaries to ensure patients information for new and ongoing patients as much as clinical procedures are forwarded as soon as known
take minutes in meetings
diary management- ensuring this is always up to date
ensure patient records, correspondence and communications with consultants and patients are maintained and kept up to date on the practice management system including all letters, emails and other documents
maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments
