Responsibility
management of all regional fitness equipment technicians and administrator
regular review of all unscheduled repair requests allocated to the Regional Service Centre
repairs – assessment and scheduling of incoming repair requests to ensure engineers attend with appropriate parts to resolve all issues within the specified service level agreement, providing technical and customer support as appropriate
management of engineers assigned to the Regional Service Centre to include all HR tasks , training, company property forms , authorisation of all expenditure
monthly review of the Regional Service Centre KPIs including analysis and reporting of all repairs and servicing; to include deviation analysis and counter measures for all TTR & FTFR failures and all unscheduled repair requests and effective parts inventory management
