extensive experience with IT projects, with experience in software implementations across SaaS, SQL and/or on-premises applications
experience in configuring software solutions to customer requirements
experience with IT Change management processes
experience within financial services, complaints or customer resolutions preferred
educated to degree level or equivalent, or demonstrate equivalent work experience
recognised BA certification preferred
