Bought a van from this guy and within a day had problems and within a month the engine died ask him to repair or give me my money back and just keeps fobbing me off and saying he has no money till he sells another van so I'm having to take him to the small claims court to get my money back please dont trust this guy

That sounds incredibly frustrating. Have you managed to get any legal advice on how to proceed effectively with the small claims court? Also, did the van come with any warranty or guarantee when you bought it?
