Requirements
- previous Experience working in a role providing 2nd line server, network desktop support
- good knowledge of Active Directory
- citrix NetScaler / XenDesktop
- knowledge & experience of supporting the majority of following technologies
- administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365
- 2FA, Anti-Virus & Backup’s
- previous experience configuring and troubleshooting End User Equipment
- windows Server, Office 365
