support regional marketing plan development and implementation
managing the spec sheet tracker, ensuring that all edits are captured and sent to Sales
coordinate and manage vendors, consultants, and other partners as required
manage and coordinate regional webinar development with associated deliverables
assist with developing PDI presentations and deliverables
to co-ordinate the set up and management of all Suppliers on the system, following the PO process, raising manual credits/ POs where necessary and updating the Marketing spend spreadsheet as required
to manage the organisation and execution of all Customer visits for Sales
responsible for updating spec sheets – editing spec sheets, adding to Q-Pulse, managing approvals, and ensuring the latest version is posted on the website
Requirements
able to work in a fast-paced Marketing team, juggling multiple projects and challenging deadlines
administrator background
excellent administrative skills
strong communication skills both in terms of written and verbal communications
can demonstrate the ability to prioritise, multitask whilst retaining attention to detail and accuracy
self-motivated and a flexible approach to workload and tasks
confident in working collaboratively across departments and groups
ability to work both as part of a team and under own initiative
