- conduct quality checks at each stage of the repair process to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- collaborate with estimators and other technicians to deliver accurate and timely repairs
- maintain and operate tools, equipment, and spray booths efficiently and safely
- adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure cleanliness in the workplace
- panel Beater: Carrying out a wide range of repairs, no welding or jig experience required
- painting: Prepping and refinishing vehicle surfaces using spray equipment and ensuring a flawless finish
Requirements
- proven experience as a panel beater and painter in a fast-paced environment
- strong understanding of body repair techniques, materials, and tools
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair and Paint Operations is preferred but not essential if experience is extensive
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- panel Beater: 3 years
