Responsibility
ensuring the timely and accurate administration of all financial transactions within the team
mentor, train and assist team members where required
review procedures and recommend improvements where necessary
reporting monthly to the board of Directors
monitoring of fee collections, invoicing, and debtors
oversee banking reconciliation
authorisation of payments
monitoring VAT registrations and quarterly Returns
Requirements
we require the individual to have strong people and communication skills, IT literacy, be organized and motivated with leadership capabilities
the successful candidate will be expected to have between 2 – 5 years of experience in an accounting role, be educated to a degree level or hold AAT Level 4 or higher accounting qualification
