INVESTACC PENSION ADMINISTRATION is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • ensuring the timely and accurate administration of all financial transactions within the team
  • mentor, train and assist team members where required
  • review procedures and recommend improvements where necessary
  • reporting monthly to the board of Directors
  • monitoring of fee collections, invoicing, and debtors
  • oversee banking reconciliation
  • authorisation of payments
  • monitoring VAT registrations and quarterly Returns

Requirements

  • we require the individual to have strong people and communication skills, IT literacy, be organized and motivated with leadership capabilities
  • the successful candidate will be expected to have between 2 – 5 years of experience in an accounting role, be educated to a degree level or hold AAT Level 4 or higher accounting qualification
