• fabricate items from component parts in Polypropylene
• bend plastic parts using a heat bender
• heat form parts using an oven and moulds
• weld parts together using hot air and extrusion welding guns
• prepare parts by deburring, drilling, and adding inserts as needed
• finish parts on a table router if needed
• assemble parts using a variety of hand tools
• comply with all daily/weekly cleaning and maintenance routines for the welding guns and any other equipment used
• meet production quality and output levels and make sure they are optimised at all times
• maintain a safe and organised working environment by following company procedures and wearing appropriate PPE equipment
