Requirements
- this is not a role for a first-time team leader
- we don’t need qualifications, but we need proven track record. You need to come in and deliver. This is a role for someone who has operated as an outstanding marketeer and marketing manager
- you need track record as a marketing manager and to be able to evidence that you can have a massive attention to detail while also being able to strategically develop your department to deliver more leads at a lower cost
- management: 3 years
- marketing: 5 years
Responsibility
- you will love being alongside the team and working with them to deliver the KPI’s and targets and therefore yours. Owning with the management team the P and L and our target of 60,000 new clients into our database over the next 12 months
- we currently spend £300k a year on Facebook marketing and are looking to double that. We have a further £240k budgeted this year for You Tube
- as part of the management team you will report into the head of business
