You're proficient in marketing automation, WordPress, and comfortable with video content creation.What you’ll be doingAs the Marketing and Content Manager for our team, you'll enjoy a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a negotiable start time, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments such as school runs. This hybrid role also offers the ability to work from the office as much or as little as you want, giving you the freedom to work in a way that suits you. You'll have the opportunity to travel around Sussex, as needed, and work in a dynamic and exciting field with a focus on cyber-security and cloud.As the Marketing and Content Manager, you'll be accountable for creating and executing the marketing strategy for lead generation. You'll have the freedom to create and direct content marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats, including defining our brand story. Responsibility: creating and publishing new content regularly, including text, video, and audio formats, to engage our target audience and drive traffic to our website, managing our social media accounts, developing content plans and strategies to increase our online presence, and promote engagement with our brand, conducting interviews with internal subject matter experts and clients to create compelling content that reflects our brand values and resonates with our target audience, managing our WordPress website, including creating landing pages, editing pages, and implementing SEO best practices to ensure our website is optimised for lead generation
