infopro Digital group is recruiting an Office & Facilities manager on a part time basis to join our London HQ servicing all brands
infopro Digital is a leading player in the business-to-business information and services with 4,000 employees and over 100 brands covering Insurance & Finance, Automotive aftermarket, Construction, Retail, Industrials and the Public Sector
receipt and storage of company stationery, furniture and other items for Office Services and Facilities Department
working with HR and IT to ensure onboarding/offboard duties are carried out
general lifting and shifting as well as assisting the business with everyday ad-hoc needs
photocopier maintenance – including toner change, clearing paper jams & keeping the paper topped up
Requirements
personable, flexible, honest/trustworthy, good initiative, organised, able to work well under pressure, good communication skills, positive can-do attitude
acting as first point of contact with Managing Agents
minimum 2 years in similar role
inspecting and checking all offices are in a good state of repair and good housekeeping
help obtaining competitive costings, proposals and recommendations for all works and seeking appropriate approval
must have good knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
liaising with external consultants when further investigation is required and reporting findings back to Human Resources
