Requirements
- proven experience in a security role, preferably as a Door Supervisor or similar position
- possess a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention Familiarity
- demonstrated experience
- first aid certification is highly desirable
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and authorities
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- ability to remain composed under pressure and make quick decisions in challenging situations
