- production and implementation of operational work plans
- management and monitoring of services budgets including analysis, reporting and action on discrepancies
- development and oversight of staff supervision systems in line with required competencies
- working with the HR Manager to resolve performance issues among staff
- monitoring performance against targets and deliverables for all contracts
- monitoring of contract income
- ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance
- implementation of strategies for the delivery of outstanding care and support for the service users
Requirements
- full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management
- at least 3 years' management experience
- current or previous Registered Manager status
- demonstrable experience of leading a CQC inspection
- excellent communication skills
