care coordinator
Responsibility
- to liaise with care commissioners, prospective service users, health professionals and other agencies connected with training and development
- to carry out 3 monthly supervisions for care staff
- to keep care staff compliance up to date and to ensure there training is completed yearly
- to work the out of hours on call on a rota basis
- to communicate with our clients about rotas, meet and greet and shadowing of new care staff
- to take ownership of detailed work schedules/ rotas for our care staff and nurses, giving both written and verbal instruction/ guidance to them
- to be aware of the quality assurance policy of the company in the provision of the quality service to our clients
Requirements
- experience in the care sector
- literacy and numeracy skills
- presentation skills
- computer literate
- our dedicated team understands everyone is different
- administrative experience
- full driving licence
