• as a Desk Based Account Manager, you'll be managing a portfolio of existing/warm customers to identify new areas for upsell and cross sell, combined with contacting new customers from inbound leads to provide products and solutions used within their business
• ensure the CRM is kept up to date with details of all sales and enquiries
• prepare quotations and follow them through to conclusion utilising proactive follow up methods
