assist the Marketing Manager with building, planning & implementing the digital marketing strategy
write, review, edit & update content for our website, blogs, marketing & similar platforms
build trusted & long-term relationships with bloggers & influencers
coordinate our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter, & always be on the lookout for other social media platforms as they rise & others fall
create original, engaging & on-brand content for social media; this includes capturing images & videos for posts, stories & reels & designing social graphics that adhere to our brand guidelines
liaise closely with our Ops team, GMs & Marketing Manager on upcoming events, assisting them, when required, in relevant aspects of event coordination
assist in maintaining our events calendar & update our Ops team, GMs & Marketing Manager with ticket sales & other event details
assist with new restaurant openings, this might include planning & delivering digital marketing campaigns, & setting up Facebook, Google & TripAdvisor accounts, & ensuring we are digitally present in our locations, before opening
