Requirements
- professional accountancy qualification with 5 years post-qualified experience
- experience of accounting in a group services company desirable
- experience of accounting for multiple entities
- financial Controller CAP

Responsibility
- to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records and compliance with group and statutory accounting standards
- to document accounting processes and identify areas for improvement and streamlining to maintain internal control in a growing business
- to support the internal and external financial reporting requirements of Howden Group Services, ESG, Rethink and other businesses including monthly management accounts, quarterly board reports and annual reporting to regulatory and tax authorities as well as the preparation of annual financial statements
- to review accounting entries and reconciliations prepared by the accountants
- to provide performance reporting to management as required including identifying key performance indicators
- to support the internal and external financial reporting requirements of the CAP business division including monthly management accounts, quarterly board reports and annual reporting to regulatory and tax authorities as well as the preparation of annual financial statements
