- as a Depot Manager, you will be the driving force in delivering the objectives for a busy depot
- this is a very demanding role with high expectations

- you will be able to use your initiative and excellent organisational skills to prioritise daily tasks to ensure the smooth and effective running of your depot and team of drivers
- manage the depot to ensure staff are trained, perform to company procedures
- induct and train all new team members to competency
- ensure processes are completed within the depot
- proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase sales and marketing opportunities to improve revenue
