Responsibility

  • as a Depot Manager, you will be the driving force in delivering the objectives for a busy depot
  • this is a very demanding role with high expectations
  • hough Green Garage is a successful family owned Recovery Company. Having grown from a small town garage, we are now one of the biggest organisations within the industry with 13 operational depots across the North West, Central and Wales
  • you will be able to use your initiative and excellent organisational skills to prioritise daily tasks to ensure the smooth and effective running of your depot and team of drivers
  • manage the depot to ensure staff are trained, perform to company procedures
  • induct and train all new team members to competency
  • ensure processes are completed within the depot
  • proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase sales and marketing opportunities to improve revenue
