Requirements

have good communication skills
minimum 2AA Rosette experience
experience of working in a 2 or 3 Rosette kitchen
be guest focused, be passionate about food
produced creative and inspiring dishes
good knowledge of HCCAP and stock ordering and cost controls
experience of events and banqueting is advantageous
