- you will be preparing and delivering food to a one Rosette Standard
- our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their skilled team of chefs at this award-winning hotel. As a Chef de Partie you will support the Head Chef by running your own section of the kitchen focusing on high food & hygiene standards

- our client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their skilled team of chefs at this recently refurbished beautiful Country Pub Restaurant in Harrogate, North Yorkshire
- working closely with the Head Chef you will run your own section to ensure the high quality of food and service standards are maintained
- this popular Country Pub boasts 12 tastefully decorated bedrooms and large dining space, which offers fresh high-end Country Pub classic food dishes, daily specials, breakfasts and hosting of events
Requirements
- pay close attention to detail and commit to providing outstanding levels of guest service
- have good communication skills
- minimum 2AA Rosette experience
- experience of working in a 2 or 3 Rosette kitchen
- be guest focused, be passionate about food
- produced creative and inspiring dishes
- good knowledge of HCCAP and stock ordering and cost controls
- experience of events and banqueting is advantageous
