Responsibility
you’ll provide second and third-line support for all ICT systems, services, servers, applications and desktops with occasional first line duties

Requirements
monitoring helpdesk incidents, problems and changes, prioritising and allocating as appropriate
allocation, prioritisation and monitoring of new starters, leavers and movers
providing on-site and remote support where required to around 300 users across several sites
resolution of helpdesk incidents, problems and changes requests within agreed process and service levels
resolving hardware failures and managing the supply of replacements or arrange repairs
monitoring ICT security platforms and communicating with staff and externals on potential cyber security issues
providing project support to the ICT Team Leader and Head of ICT
