physiotherapist
Responsibility
- build our database of email and social media contacts, segmenting these as necessary
- ensure the HomeLink Healthcare website, online presence and marketing collateral are regularly updated, on brand and on message
- regular monitoring of the external marketplace social media, NHS publications, competitors, marketplace changes digital, RCN, ICB, etc. Capture and share market intelligence. Apply intelligence to our messaging
- work with the CCO, marketing consultant, CEO and others to create and sign off content and plans
- raise awareness of HomeLink Healthcare by building and managing a list of key influencers. Engage with and commenting on social media posts on a regular basis
- work with the Marketing Consultant in the development of marketing strategy and the management of suppliers
- turn contacts into leads by sharing regular communications. Set up and monitor regular cross-channel marketing campaigns. Intersperse campaigns with general one-off messages
- act as the communications lead for mobilisations. Support the operational team with relevant materials
Requirements
- sound knowledge of the healthcare sector
- all-rounder with broad marketing experience ideally at a managerial level
- experience of working in a small marketing department / stand-alone role
- A proven track record of delivering results driven marketing
- proficient writing skills
- good analytical and numeracy skills
- ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels effectively
- strong organisational skills and capable of planning complex pieces of work
