• hickleys are now seeking an additional Sales and Technical Support specialist for our key Programming and Diagnostics Division to join our small and successful team
• the role will involve all aspects of our diagnostic division including customer support and technical assistance, telephone & website sales processing, stock management and general administration
• the role will involve all aspects of website sales processing, general administration relating to automotive keys and remotes consumables to automotive garages and locksmiths as well as dealing with telephone orders and product support to customers
• A good working knowledge of vehicles & experience of customer service would be helpful, along with a great attitude to customer retention. Training will be provided on the products we offer and the services we provide

Responsibility

• this is a varied and interesting role that offers an excellent remuneration package for the right candidate
• we require an aftersales specialist to join our Garage Equipment division, the role of aftersales is both interesting and demanding and is the important link between our Garage Equipment suppliers, engineers and our customers
• this role requires excellent customer service including good communications skills and telephone manor, in addition the role requires strong administration skills and an ability to plan and take decisions

• you will be required to manage support systems such as warranty, stock management, parts location and acquisition, job planning and engineer support
• this is a lively and demanding role which means the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative is essential, the ability to make rapid decisions in a constantly changing environment is essential
• whilst no previous experience is necessary a knowledge of engineering or mechanical systems would be an advantage, the work planning systems and general administration require basic IT skills so good computer literacy is essential to the role

• we are in need of a handyman / property maintenance person to carry out general house keeping, maintenance, decorating, small projects, gardening, odd jobs etc covering our two site at Taunton & Bridgwater and three buildings
• the hours / days can be as flexible as you like with the possibility of more hours initially if you want or less in the long term if that your preference
• we are a busy company and there’s always something that needs doing, improvements that need coordinating and achieving and generally keeping us looking our best

• if you have an ability to turn your hand to most things, good at DIY and able to deliver good quality work in good time this might be just the job for you
• it would be essential that you have most of the general hand tools necessary however the company is willing to purchase the necessary specialist tool that would be regularly used
