Responsibility
- deliver 2nd/3rd line support via phone and remote channels
- resolve escalated issues while maintaining excellent communication with clients
- provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members
- participate in projects such as Office 365 migrations, VoIP setups, server migrations, network setups, CCTV installations, and server setups
- occasionally visit client sites to provide on-premises support
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years' experience working for an MSP
- experience with SharePoint/Server/Cloud /Email migrations
- strong understanding of Office 365 and common business IT infrastructures
- scripting
- excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- familiarity with VoIP services
- experience mentoring junior staff
- relevant IT industry certifications
