- we have an exciting Senior Project Manager vacancy to join our established Healthcare team in the London region
- ensure the client achieves their stated objectives through close teamwork, proactive risk and programme controls and the provision of contractual advice
- management of projects from inception through to completion
- whilst prior experience working on construction projects in the healthcare sector would be advantage, alternative sector experience will also be considered
- administer the tender processes for consultant and contractor appointments
Requirements
- degree qualified in a relevant subject such as Construction Project Management
- hold a degree qualification or similar equivalent in a relevant subject such as construction project management
- membership to a relevant professional body such as the CIOB or RICS would be advantageous but is not essential
- experience of working in a client facing project management role specifically within the construction industry
- prior experience working in a Project Manager role for a similar construction consultancy is essential
- experience of managing construction new build and refurbishment projects in the built environment
- proven experience of project managing a combination of new build, refurbishment and/or fit-out projects is desirable
- prior experience of acting in an Employer Agent role is desired
