- we are looking for a qualified QS who has experience of carrying out pre and post contract duties for a similar construction consultancy and can make a positive impact within our business
- we are looking to hire an ambitious Quantity Surveyor in London or the South East, who could join our established retail team
- carrying out feasibility studies
- prepare full tender documentation
- preparing full tender documentation for multiple projects

Requirements
- prior experience of working in a consultancy side Quantity Surveying role carrying out pre and post contract duties
- must hold a Degree or similar equivalent qualification in a relevant subject such as Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- A relevant degree or master’s qualification in quantity surveyor or similar equivalent subject

- experience of using CostX software would be highly advantageous, but is not essential for the ideal candidate

- strong reporting skills and the ability to follow leading industry systems and procedures
- prior experience in a Quantity Surveying role is desired, however recent graduates with no experience may be considered
