- this is a shift based role where you will be required to work days, nights and weekends. A competitive salary between £58k to £61k for the right person and 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays are on offer
Requirements
- experience as a high performing shift manager in a senior production management/manufacturing or similar role within FMCG
- knowledge of Health and Safety requirements within FMCG
- proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement techniques
- excellent PC skills, including proficiency in MS Packages
