- it is essential that the canditate is qualified in sexually harmful behaviour or is willing to progress in this field
- desired qualifications required are level 5 diploma C&YP Leadership and management or currently working towards this
- we are currently looking for a dynamic, experienced and qualified residential managers who has worked with children and young people with EBD and SHB with in therapeutic residential settings
- we are currently looking for experienced and qualified residential managers who have worked with children and young people with EBD and SHB with in therapeutic residential settings
- to ensure that the policies of Helpful Investments , in regards to the care and management of the Children’s home are carried out
- at least two years experience of leading and managing within a children residential setting. A good understanding of all legislation in relation to residential children homes, children's act and Ofsted
