Responsibility
- you will have commercial experience and be able to provide examples where you have helped to deliver revenue and/or cost initiatives
- operational Standards
- manage day to day club operations ensuring completion of daily, weekly and monthly checks and procedures as per the SOPS standards
- track and target results and communicate these to the team
- this is a key position for the business as it provides a stepping stone into the General Manager role enabling the successful candidate to hone their skills and gain additional knowledge across all the functions of a full service health club
- there is an expectation that the DGM will progress under a 2 year development plan to then be able to be considered for a GM position within Roko
- report all accidents via the company accident reporting procedure
- you may need to work at other Roko clubs to gain the necessary skills and knowledge required so you should be willing to relocate and/or travel
