Responsibility
- assist in the employee departure process, including responding to resignation letters and assisting with reference requests
- the duties and responsibilities to be undertaken by an Apprentice HR Administrator may include any or all of the items in the following list
- responding to telephone and face to face enquiries professionally and as appropriate, passing on information as appropriate

- you must work at all times within your own competence and use your own judgement, knowledge, and common sense in your day-to-day activities
- greeting visitors to the HR department
- undertake a range of recruitment duties including distributing and collating application forms for short-listing panels, preparing interview agenda's, sending out interview and reference letters
- assist with ensuring that the appropriate pre-employment checks are made for all prospective employees, which will include Occupational Health, Disclosure Barring Service clearance and professional registration
- assist in the setting up of meetings and collating appropriate documentation as required
- this will involve distributing the appropriate documentation to prospective employees and chasing up the return of these forms prior to individuals commencing employment
- assist the HR Managers will the collation and signing of partnership documents
- ensure that the current filing system and online HR system is kept up to date
- undertake photocopying/scanning. At certain times this can be volume photocopying/scanning
- assist other administration teams within the organisation when required
