Responsibility
- project Planning and Development – including defining the project scope, feasibility studies, resource planning and managing the construction phase plan
- budget and Financial Oversight – Manage the project budget and implement robust cost control measures with your commercial counterpart
- quality Management - Establish and maintain quality standards for the project, ensuring all work meets or exceeds these standards
- identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project execution, incorporating lessons learned into any future works
- health, Safety, and Environment - Ensure all construction activity adheres to health and safety regulations, environmental standards and sustainability goals to promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the project
- internal Stakeholder Engagement – working closely with colleagues across different functions to ensure project needs are being met, whilst managing project reporting to ensure progress, project risks and opportunities and readily shared and addressed
- risk Management and Mitigation – identifying potential risks to project delivery, create contingency plans and proactively address and resolve any issues that might cause delays
