- review menus at regular intervals to ensure they meet the preferences of the residents

- nightingale House Care Centre offers residential care to 45 residents. We are seeking a second cook/kitchen assistant to join our friendly team
- to ensure all food items are stored correctly and as appropriate are labelled and dated e.g. once opened
- to clear tables and ensure all crockery and cutlery are washed and put away
- to ensure cleaning is completed as per cleaning schedules
- to report any problems to the Cook/Assistant Cook, Manager or Senior person in charge at the time

- to plan, prepare and cook a variety of meals which are appealing, nutritious and centres around residents’ preferences, requests or any special dietary requirements
