Requirements

Responsibility
- regular patrols of premises and records of risks and hazards, assisting during the health and safety audits, rectifying, and completing actions raised by inspectors
- develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct 6 monthly fire alarm drill, weekly fire alarm tests
- provide the data to tenants’ when requested
- allow access to vacant units and landlord areas for letting agents and viewings
- maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management activities. Generate regular reports for management on key performance indicators and facility status
