- in the absence of the General/ Assistant Manager, oversee all daily business operations to ensure smooth running of their Centre
- assist the General Manager with ensuring the Centre is adequately staffed
- assist with training Soft Play Assistants to a high standard
- leading by example, delivering a high level of customer service to all customers that visit
- ensuring health & safety regulations are adhered to and any problems reported to the General Manager
- adhering to company policy and procedures set by senior management
- following budgets for stock control & staffing
- hosting events & sharing creative ideas to boost customer satisfaction
