Responsibility
- review project plans and specifications to develop accurate estimates
- create detailed cost estimates for commercial clients
- making calls to potential clients to follow up on estimates, and providing necessary support to any questions they may have
- calculate costs for materials, labor, and equipment
- prepare detailed proposals and present them to clients
- collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- maintain accurate records of estimates and track bid performance
- bid Management: Lead the bidding process for large-scale commercial projects, including participating in bid meetings, communicating with general contractors, and ensuring all documents are submitted within deadlines
